Ciudad Quesada May 10th May 2016

Went to see David and Carol in their new house. We flew into Alicante and hired a car then drove to their house. We had a great time. We passed all our old haunts such as Guardemar, La Marina, Montesinos. They live in an urbinasation in Quesada. A lovely clean place but rather hilly. You absolutely need a car to get around. They have a communal pool which is lovely. We are going again to see them in October. 

Bahia Feliz Gran Canaria. 6th February 2016

Stayed in the Monte Feliz for one week. We were given a two bedroom apartment within the hotel. It was a very comfortable apartment. We went in to Maspalomas by bus on a few occasions as Bahia is a very small quiet resort. The restaurants near the hotel are of a very good quality as was the food in the hotel. On the Saturday we got the bus to Las Palmas it is a lovely town and then we hailed a taxi to take us to Las Arenas shopping mall. It is a nice mall and it has one of the biggest electrical shops I have ever seen it is called Media. I bought a little music player and new Sony headphones. We had a really relaxing week in the sun.
